| The
Backyard Store, Patiostore.com and all of The Backyard Store
partner and company owned web sites are part of The Backyard
Store which is the retail division of Horizon Building Systems
Inc. Founded in 1987 as a manufacturer
of portable buildings, the company entered the retail patio
furniture and swimming pool business during the construction
down turn of the early 1990's. In early 1997 we launched Patiostore.com
which was, and still is, the on-line patio furniture sales
division of our retail operations. With the success of our
Internet division, we have expanded patiostore.com into an
on-line shopping mall offering a wide variety of products in
many different departments. We quickly outgrew the Patiostore.com
name and since have launched the The Backyard Store portal
giving you easy access to all of our quality sites. We have
a showroom and warehouse in San Antonio Texas and ship products
world wide through our Internet divisions. The portable building
manufacturing division was sold in 2000. We are in the process
of expanding The Backyard Store portal to give people more
access to quality web sites offering quality products. |

The
Backyard Store showroom is located in San Antonio Texas.
This is a special order store offering patio furniture and
game room supplies to the local market. The Backyard Store
is the Internet portal to all of our company and partner
owned web sites. All MallStorePartner.com sites are operated
under strict quality control guidelines and all sales through
any company or partner owned web site are processed through
our main office. Glasgow imports is our wholesale division
and has been fully operational since April of 2001. Dealer

Backyard Store sites are run by business partners who own
50% of the web site. The partner has agreed to be bound by
our company policies and all sales are processed through
our main office. From a customers point of view, you are
doing business with our corporate entity.
