PROCESSING TIME: Your order is reviewed by our Order Department to ensure that the order is accurate. If there are any questions concerning your order, we will contact you before processing. Once your order has passed the the review by our Order Department, it is sent to the warehouse for shipment.
If it is a custom order (such as cushion orders), your order is sent in for production.

Credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). For some orders we may need to contact the card holder for voice confirmation.

Item(s) that are in-stock will be shipped as soon as possible from our warehouse or from the manufacturers warehouse. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will ship as soon as possible. We will contact you if there will be an extended delay in shipping times.

$10 minimum shipping and handling - On orders that the shipping costs are above the $10.00 minimum (actual cost to ship the item(s) to you), we will contact you with a shipping cost before we process your order. Since most of our items are priced way below retail, charging you actual shipping let's us continue to offer our low, low prices.
